  • Austin Humane Society - Safe Harbor an Emergency Pet Shelter has been activated. Updates on Facebook
    *AHS will open to the public from 1-5 pm for cat adoptions only at AHS normal shelter 124 W. Anderson Lane. The animals going up for adoption are ones that were in shelters prior to the hurricane and do not have owners. Thank you to everyone who have made donations. Donations continue to be needed, but storage space is limited. Donations of money or gift cards are greatly appreciated! 
  • Austin Pets Alive - Taking donations for supplies and in need of  foster homes. 
  • Central Texas Food Bank - Money donations will fund Harvey Relief food boxes.
  • Texas Diaper Bank Provide diapers and other items needed for children and elderly. 
  • We Are Blood - Blood supply is critically low on type O Negative and O Positive blood

  • Fall Out Boy announced that ALL PROCEEDS from their upcoming November 7 M A  N   I    A Tour date in Houston, TX at the Toyota Center will benefit Hurricane Harvey Relief efforts via the Fall Out Boy Fund, which will make monetary donations to various local organizations aiding those in need. Tickets to the show are on sale now

  • Global Giving is trying to raise $2 million to help those affected by the storm. They provide food, gas, clean water, hygiene products, and shelter in the short-term, and then funnels the remaining resources to local organizations to facilitate long-term recovery
  • Portlight - Hotline (800) 626-4959 to refer people with disabilities who may be in the affected areas to locate services and resources they may need  after they evacuate, and to make sure that those same folks are able to get to safety. They accept donations via PayPal.
