Anna never thought she'd get plastic surgery, but one thing changed her mind.

If you've seen Anna Faris in the movie What's Your Number? you know that she is not 100% au naturel. Not surprising because lots of people in Hollywood get plastic surgery -- a slimmer nose here, a breast augmentation there. But what you may find surprising is that she never imagined she was going to be one of those girls who went under the knife for cosmetic reasons. She "always thought plastic surgery was caving in to 'the man.'" But there was one thought she just couldn't get away from -- she wanted to be able "to fill out a bikini."

And as a self described 'negative-A cup' that was pretty much impossible without help. So at the age of 30, she was getting divorced and about to make another movie when she decided to take the plunge and she's never looked back. She seems genuinely delighted with her decision, which must be kind of a tough one for any woman when you think about it. I've never been interested in bigger ones myself. My mom is very well endowed and they always seemed high maintenance to me. But, if like Anna, you've always felt something was missing that's hard.

She considers herself a strong feminist and was even worried getting the surgery might even be a betrayal of her gender in someway. That's a lot of responsibility to place on your shoulders. If anything, the betrayal might have been to herself if she hadn't done this thing she really, really wanted. Any kind of plastic surgery is a deeply personal decision that's about confidence and self-esteem for most people, especially when it's something people truly do for themselves.
