Austin Chefs Reveal Their Recipes in a New Cookbook for Charity

May 8, 2020

What's your favorite place to eat in Austin -- Manuel's? Hopdoddy? La Fonda San Miguel? Micklethwait? Guero's? La Condesa? I could easily go on because we're so lucky to have such a robust food scene here. And to help that community local chefs are sharing some of their recipes in a special cookbook. So if you would like to support Austin's hospitality industry, which has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic, this cookbook is for you.

It's called Austin Table and it's a 55-page digital book featuring two dozen recipes from restaurants like, Sway, Il Brutto, Burro Cheese Kitchen, and The Roosevelt Room. It will cost you $29.95 and all the proceeds go right back to the businesses in the book.

So the question you have to ask yourself is: Am I ready to learn how to make Micklethwait's Jalapeño Cheese Grits? Or, Il Brutto's Frozen Aperol Sprtiz? Yes, please.
