These 3 little words are the real reason Denise is joining RHOBH.

Denise Richards and Lisa Rinna have been friends a long time. Remember that blip of a reality show Lisa and her husband Harry Hamlin did together (Harry Loves Lisa)?  Well, I'm one of the 3 people who saw the episode where Lisa had her lip surgery and Denise came to visit her and was inadvertently making her laugh, causing pain to her newly sutured lips.

Anyway, Denise said she talked to Lisa about joining the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and decided it would be a good time, "I just asked her about it, she just loves it and has so much fun, so I just thought it would be fun to do.”

No. Way. If you've ever watched you know Rinna has not had fun on the show. She's always in the doghouse with the other ladies for opening her trap when she shouldn't and then acting like she didn't. Only recently did it get a little better for her, but being an attention-seeking actress means Lisa will put up with quite a bit for a paycheck. I mean she did those Depends ads, remember? She's into making money and we can all respect that (and also into finding a platform to launch her daughters' modeling careers -- we have Yolanda Foster to blame for that one).

Most of the ladies are miserable on the show most of the time and they all seem to despise those marathon reunion shows where the nonsense producers have helped manufacture gets re-hashed over and over and over again. So, no way, 'fun' is the reason any of these women do the show.

In my humble opinion, Denise needs the work. That's right, she'd doing it FOR THE MONEY. Denise used to receive $55,000 per month in child support from ex-hubby Charlie Sheen, but he's no longer rolling in the dough he once was after all that 'winning' he did in 2011. His income has declined from $600K per month to $167K per month. Word is Denise now receives about $25,000 a month in support. Clearly Bravo's not going to be paying her $30K a month, but this is a J-O-B and it's a start.
