Kelly puts ghee and collagen powder in her coffee, but thinks her body will always look like Peter Pan

Kelly Ripa is serious when it comes to her exercise regimen. She said, "I was talking to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier it is."

So 4 - 5 days a week she takes a cardio based dance class called AKT in the afternoons after her show. On the weekends she does SoulCycle and likes running in Central Park in summertime. If you've never heard of AKT (like me) I found a video for you:

Looks like a lot more fun than spinning.

No wonder she's slender. But Kelly says, "I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do. I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman." I bet her husband would flat out disagree, but there are worse things to resemble for sure. She's  given birth to 3 children and you would not know that looking at her tummy.
