It was already looking pretty grim. Lori and her husband Mossimo Giannulli are already facing money laundering and wire fraud charges. But now one more charge has been added -- conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery.

This is because the university where they bribed officials (USC) receives federal funding. The new charge carries a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison and you might remember they were already facing up 40 years. Looks like proscecutors are really trying to make them regret not taking the initial plea deal.

Lori's daughter Olivia Jade has not deleted her Insta account but is not posting like she used to. Her most recent post was a birthday tribute to her mother. And she finally deleted a post where she was flipping off the media with both hands. Her lawyers must be pleased about that.
