The advice Renee Zellweger would give to her younger self is to 'have more fun'

Renee Zellweger says she doesn't remember most of her 30s. She made a lot of movies in those years and everything felt compressed; she didn't want that to happen again.

She's back in the spotlight now having recently completed a turn playing the legendary Judy Garland -- a daunting task for any actress -- and people are saying she's so good in it that it's likely to earn her another Oscar nomination.

Her candid interview here is a great reminder for us all to focus more on being in the present moment.
