You can lose weight by just walking

Here's how to maximize your results

There's no majic bullet for weight loss.  While it isn't easy, it also isn't complicated.  Diet and Exercise.

Because of the fitness tracker, I'm much more aware of how little exercise I get and recognizing the problem is the first step.  Because of my newfound awareness, I'm much better about choosing the option to walk.  I'll admit that my walks aren't that long and that they usually end at the Ben White Whataburger or Radio Coffee.  But each step is a step in the right direction.  However, those Whataburger rewards are working against me (mmmmm those new cinnamon rolls).

Walking isn't strenuous but it is effective.  And you don't need a gym membership to do it.  Here are a few suggestions to get the most out of your walks.  Even if it is to your favorite South Austin taco truck.
