Dog of the Week:
Mixed Breed

Say hello to this week’s featured pup from the Austin Humane Society, Sammy! Sammy is an one-and-a-half year old mixed breed bundle of love. He's sweet and playful and adores attention. Sammy likes the water, as you can see, playing with toys, and getting lots of treats. He can be nervous in newer situations so he'd do best in a home with kids over the age of 10. It would also be best that he goes to a home that's more on the quiet side. Sammy is current on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is just $85. Stop by AHS today and ask to meet Sammy!

Cat of the Week:

Adorable Persian alert! Meet Rosebud, the featured cat from the Austin Humane Society this week. This purebred Persian beauty is a 5-year-old champion female looking for a special home where she will be pampered, brushed and groomed daily. She's calm, independent and gets along with other kitties. Rosebud is in our foster program awaiting a family that will lavish her with the love and attention she deserves. Senior Spotlight:
Mixed Breed

Are you looking for a low-key pet? Meet Denver in this week’s senior spotlight from the Austin Humane Society. Denver may be ten-years-old, but you would never know he’s a senior! He wakes up every day with a smile on his face, a spring in his step, and is ready to greet the day. Denver is very sweet and very smart. He is house trained, crate trained and loves to relax, nap, and get belly rubs. Denver likes to get out and explore. He does well with children, but doesn’t care for other dogs or cats. Denver does great in the car and walks well on his leash. Denver is ready to find his new home!! If you’re looking for a low-key, laid back best friend, come in to meet Denver today!
